01. I don’t know how to do my own measurements, what should I do?

For Hong Kong customers:

No fear! If you are based in Hong Kong, book a free face-to-face measurement session at the JSMP atelier. I’ll get your measurement done personally and will also introduce you to every piece of the collection before you make a decision. This is the best way to enjoy the full made-to-measure experience.

For overseas customers:

If you are based outside of Hong Kong, there is an illustrated measurement guide available on our website as well. You can input your measurements upon checkout.

What’s more: All customers are eligible for one free alteration after you collected your order.


02. How long would it take until I receive my product?

Hong Kong customers:

Your order will be shipped within one month after payment. You can also collect it at the JSMP atelier in person, we will get in touch with you to check your preference..

For overseas customers:

Your order will be shipped within two months after payment.


03. What is the ordering process?

If you have scheduled your free measurement session at the JSMP atelier:

Take your time to choose the piece you want after the measurement is done. You can make a payment on the spot. Your measurement will then be saved in our records for your next orders.

All online customers:

Get your measurements ready by following the measurement guide. Then you can purchase the collection from our online shop, the website will take you through it.

05. What happens if the piece doesn’t fit perfectly when I receive the order?

No worries, you are eligible for one free alteration after collecting your order. For Hong Kong customers, you can drop your piece at our showroom, drop us an email to arrange a time. For overseas customers, please ensure your order will be sent back to the JSMP atelier securely so that we can receive it for alteration, we will communicate with you on what you want to alter via email.


06. What if my measurements have changed since my first order?

You can always submit new measurements online upon checkout. For customers with the same email address login, we will make a note of it and update your record.

For Hong Kong customers who prefer to do it in person, simply book a free measurement session with us to get it done by us!
