Alteration Policy

Every customer is eligible for one free alteration within 60 days of purchase.

As all of our products are made to your specific measurements, we cannot offer a return, refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an alteration, your item:

  • must be in the same condition that you received it; and

  • does not fit you in certain areas of your body.

Note: all customers will be asked fill in their specific requests (e.g. add 2 additional inches to the length of the shirt) for each of the tailored pieces before adding the item into the shopping bag. Therefore, these additional requests are not qualified as alteration. If you have any questions about this, please email us at jasmin@jsmp.store.

Gift cards are non-refundable. 

For alterations,
you may either come to our showroom and bring along the shirt (please pre-book an appointment on our website HERE)
OR
you may mail your shirt to our showroom, shipping is at your own expense and non-refundable. (we encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your shirt requiring alteration)

Alterations won’t take long but depending on where you live, the time it may take for your altered shirt to reach you, may vary.
