Redeeming a personal experience- the JSMP gift card walkthrough
A lot of customers purchase gift cards for their friends and loved ones after making a made-to-measure shirt at JSMP. There’s a reason for this- the experience is so unique and personal, it’s the kind of luxury service you won’t get very easily at other clothing shops these days.
So what happens if you want to redeem a gift card? It’s so simple:
Make an appointment via our website / Message us via whatsapp at +852 9333 3456
Look through our collections before visiting, you can follow this guide
Come to our showroom:
Choose the item(s) you like
Get your measurements done
Use the giftcard code at checkout
Your order will go into production soon after your order, normally, it takes a month to finish
Once it is ready to be picked up, we will whatsapp you or email you
All you need to do, is to make an appointment again, and come to the showroom for a fitting. We can also post the item to you if you like
The item needs to be altered? No worries, one free alteration is included in the order
The most enjoyable part of process above is that you get to speak to our designer, Jasmin, about your style and fit preferences. She then chooses/ or design something for you based on what she hears from you. The colours and fabric options are so wide here, but don’t worry if you can’t find what you love, Jasmin will try her best to source it for you.
